I bought a new Asus laptop and it came with Windows 10 Home. I definitely don't want that. As the name implies Windows 10 Pro is geared more towards the professional crowd. Can you answer my questions about your proposed solution? If it is not running, choose Start to make it running. Windows Update will offer this version of Windows automatically once the issue has been resolved. It works flawlessly if computer does not have internet access, then enter a valid activation key upon reboot and you are all set. Once uninstalled, everything worked flawlessly.❿
